What do you use cron jobs for?

After a long time thinking and asking people what they do with cron jobs, here's the list of purposes:

- Back up databases
- Delete temporary files and folders
- Send mail
- Auto blogging
- Execute RapidLeech (restricted in Term Of Service)
- Generate invoices
- RSS sync
