We're receiving several emails a day, and it becomes hard to track emails from SetCronJob users. Some emails are lost in our inbox, and users got late response. So we decided it's time to get a professional support ticket system, for tracking our emails better.
After testing many services out there, we decided to go with Zendesk. Simply because it works, and it supports mobile devices.
You can now get in touch with us via 5 channels:
- Email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Use our contact form, the emails will be sent to our support system too
- Click the Help button in the bottom-right corner and leave us a message
- Facebook page SetCronJob
- Twitter account SetCronJob
All these channels will be handled by our new support system, so just leave us a message if you need any help!
